Located across from the largest contiguous exhibit space in the Northeast, The Convention Center Parking Facility® provides convenient parking access for visitors of The Pennsylvania Convention Center, adjacent office buildings and hotels. The 10-level parking facility hosts 540 parking spaces and 16,000 SF of ground floor retail space. The garage boasts a unique fabric façade and utilizes such sustainable features as LED lighting, green roofs and electric vehicle charging stations. Trader Joes chose the Convention Center Parking Facility® when expanding their Philadelphia presence and opened their second store at the site in October 2019.
